Welcome to Ambulance Diaries. As a 20+ year veteran EMT/Paramedic I cannot count how many times I have heard myself or one of my EMS family say "Someone should write a book about this," usually regarding some bizarre call. Well I have done just that. I started a series of books titled "Ambulance Diaries." The books are written as if they were told by the character himself. The tales detail many aspects of the calls to include sights, sounds, smells, as well as the emotions of the EMS personnel running the calls. The stories also include personal aspects of the characters lives, how their calls impact them, and sometimes how their command staff affect them. These "diaries" are written for everyone whether you are a first responder, or just someone who likes to read a good book.
My first book "Liam's Last Call" is available on Amazon.com at https://www.amazon.com/dp/B097J421T5 Feedback is always welcome. Please leave a review on Amazon if you read the book.
Sincerely,
Karl Anthony Author
Most of the calls in my books are based on calls that I have ran or calls that have relayed to me by friends and coworkers. If you have a call you would like to share please write a short summary of it and email it to me. Please make sure that it contains no names or other inappropriate HIPPA or Patient identifiers.
If you are a reader and would like to send any comments please feel free to do so.
Feel free to read my blog, follow or follow me on social media and by all means please continue to read my books.
